Lanceleaf coreopsis is a low maintenance native plant that grows in small clumps and can colonize quickly from the Asteraceae (daisy) family. Deadhead early to have blooms throughout the summer. Self seeds easily. Ideal for meadows, attracts pollinators and birds. Very fragrant cut flowers.

Plant seeds directly in the ground just after ground thaws. The seeds may germinate easier after 30 days of cold stratification to break their dormancy. Seed depth can be from soil surface up to 1/8 of an inch. Requires medium amounts of water and good drainage soil.
