Deep burgundy leaves with frilly edges and green center.  Can be grown as baby greens or loose head in cool weather. Matures in 32 days (for loose leaf) to 60 days (for mature heads).  Slow to bolt, with good cold tolerance as well.
Plant 1/4" deep as soon as soil can be worked. Can also be started indoors. Germinates in 10 days.
