Marvel of Four Seasons is a French butterhead that can withstand frost and prefers cooler temperatures.  Nice flavor, red-tipped leaves. Matures in 50 to 60 days.  
Direct sow in early spring 1/4 inch deep and thin to 12 inches apart.
