This is an exceedingly eye-catching Coleus, with deep ruby leaves rimmed in pale yellow, accentuated by scolloped edges.  We think it bears a strong resemblance to 'Ruby Ruffles' but we can't be positive.  We are sure, however, that this one is a beauty.
