Large, spreading spinach with meaty, dark green leaves which are rich and nutty in flavor. Slow to bolt. Sow in early spring and late summer in well-worked soil. For baby leaf, sow 3–5 seeds per inch in rows at least 2" apart. For bunching and full size, sow 10 seeds per foot, 1/2" deep in rows 12–18" apart.
