Tall flower spikes provide a strong accent and good vertical height for borders, cottage gardens or wild gardens. The 9" long spikes of tiny, tube-like, white flowers open from the top down late spring to early summer. Easily grown in average, medium to wet, well-drained soil in full sun. Tends to flop and requires support if grown in too much shade.
Direct sow in late fall, pressing the seed into the surface of the soil. Requires stratification if grown inside or in spring.
